Is World Stroll really free?
Yes. Every trip, game and printable pack is free. There is no subscription and nothing to buy.
Do I need an account?
No. You can take trips and collect stamps straight away. Your passport is linked to this browser. If you sign in with your email, you can keep it safe and open it on another device.
How do I sign in?
Press "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page, or type your email and open the link we send you. There is no password to remember.
Is there a time limit on the quiz?
No. Trips, quizzes and games have no timer: take as long as you like, and if you get an answer wrong you see the right one with a short explanation. The only exception is the Speed round, a 60-second challenge you can choose if you enjoy a race against the clock.
How often are new countries added?
Regularly. Every country with a full trip has been researched and checked before it is published. Countries without a full trip still have a short quiz built from basic facts.
Can I use it with a group, a club or a care home?
Yes, please do. The "Printables for groups" page has a free large-print pack for every country, a big-screen quiz for the whole room, and a gentle version with only two answers to choose from.
Can I print a country pack?
Yes. On any country page with a full trip, press "Make my printable", choose the parts you want and the text size, then open the PDF to print it, or download it to keep.
Where do the photos come from?
From Wikimedia Commons, under free licences. The author and licence are shown on every photo.
I found a mistake. What should I do?
Thank you! Please tell us on the contact page which country and what is wrong. We check it and fix it.
Can I make the text bigger?
Yes. Use your browser zoom (hold Ctrl, or Cmd on a Mac, and press +). The site is built with large text, big buttons and strong contrast, in a light and a dark theme.
